Refund and Returns Policy

At Vintora Commerce, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, manuals, and accessories are included.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Note: Certain items such as earbuds, charging cables, screen protectors, or personal-use accessories may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons unless found defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customized or special-order products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at vinotracommerce@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or videos (if the product is defective or damaged)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions along with the return address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is faulty or damaged.


4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.

To speed up the process, please include clear photos or a short video showing the damage or issue.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing time may vary.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at vinotracommerce@gmail.com.

7. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at vinotracommerce@gmail.com with your order details.
